Burundi's First Recycled Pen. Made Here. Changing Lives.
"Writing today, preserving tomorrow."
The Challenge We're Solving
In Bujumbura, more than 630 tons of waste are generated every day, 51 tons of which is plastic waste. Poorly managed, this plastic pollutes neighborhoods, waterways, and public spaces. At the same time, thousands of students drop out of school due to a lack of basic supplies, while young people struggle to find decent jobs.

We Turn Plastic Waste Into Opportunity
One pen, one job, one future at a time. SpringEco transforms plastic waste into sustainable and affordable pens, manufactured locally in Burundi. Each pen creates a green job, supports education, and reduces pollution. We combine eco-friendly production and community engagement to build a cleaner and fairer Burundi.
Our Origin & Governance
SpringEco emerged from Spring Communities with a bold vision. We operate as an independent enterprise while staying purposefully aligned — because independence attracts investors, and shared values build movements.
Our model is simple: profit fuels purpose. Every dividend returns to the Youth Incubation Center.
